Recruitment and Participant Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Recruit participants while delivering high-quality, professional, and empathetic service.

• Make outbound calls and respond to incoming calls from prospective participants.

• Conduct telephone pre-screening of participants and arrange appointments.

• Actively participate in the creation and execution of recruitment strategies.

• Engage in recruitment activities such as fairs, booths, phone campaigns, inquiries, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational or college diploma; member of OIIAQ or OIIQ.

• Experience in the fields of cardiology or pulmonology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Well-organized, capable of managing priorities, and able to work under pressure.

• Resourceful, self-sufficient, and proactive.

• Comfortable using multiple applications and computer systems.
