This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes across various domains, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Spearhead employer branding efforts, which encompass campaigns, events, content creation, and positioning of the employer brand.
• Guarantee a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support and implement entry-level programs (e.g., internships), from recruitment to conversion.
• Assist with executive search initiatives for higher-level roles, concentrating on the identification and engagement of specialized candidates.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to comprehend requirements and develop attraction strategies.
• Track recruitment and attraction metrics, suggesting ongoing enhancements.
• Engage hands-on in execution with a high degree of responsibility and independence.
• Completed university degree.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (ideally within technology firms or the financial sector).
• Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with sourcing and selection methodologies.
• Experience in monitoring selection metrics.
