This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research, recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of qualified candidates for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ascertain recruiting needs and the necessary qualifications.
• Create recruitment advertising content and devise placement strategies.
• Manage and resolve visa-related issues impacting prospective employees.
• Develop and disseminate best practices for internet recruiting.
• Negotiate salary and relocation packages.
• Organize relocations, including the transportation of household goods.
• Cultivate and maintain networks with agencies to source candidates.
• Provide candidates with insights about company facilities and available job opportunities.
• Ensure clerical processes align with Federal, State, and EEOC standards.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidate interviews and relocations.
• Foster continuous improvement through trend analysis, reporting, and metrics management.
• Identify and implement top-tier recruiting practices and processes.
• Collaborate with managers during the interviewing and hiring phases.
• Research enhancements to aid in the retention of quality employees.
• Set measurable goals and objectives in conjunction with the Employment Manager.
• Provide management with regular updates on recruitment strategies.
• Assist in minimizing departmental costs by refining or re-engineering processes and systems.
• Develop tools to track departmental expenses and cost trends.
• Compare forecasted results with historical data for trend evaluation.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Two to five years of experience in recruiting.
• Significant proficiency in interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and specific company functions.
• General familiarity with Jabil's personnel policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
• PHR or Human Resource Management Certification is preferred.
• Ability to oversee recruiting advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, relocation, and visa procedures.
• Capability to analyze recruiting trends, metrics, costs, and forecasts.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
