Recruiting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Work alongside a talented team of recruitment professionals to develop and implement effective hiring strategies that meet both the immediate and long-term needs of clients.

• Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing job offers.

• Build and maintain robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates across various industries and markets by employing multi-channel approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate and identify top candidates.

• Interact with candidates and clients in a prompt, professional, and sincere manner.

• Recognize and communicate opportunities for improvement and strategies to client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment position.

• Proven expertise in various candidate sourcing techniques including headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and market mapping.

• Strong experience in client-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

• Significant experience in conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews.

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direct supervision.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects to meet or exceed goals.

• Strong consulting abilities and a proven track record of working collaboratively in a team setting.

• Experience in tracking and managing candidates within an ATS system.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
