This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for government contract roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor and career advocate, guiding candidates through every phase of the hiring process.
• Review and assess resumes on a daily basis to pinpoint candidates whose qualifications meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Create, publish, and maintain engaging job postings across various recruiting platforms.
• Execute targeted candidate outreach through email campaigns and personalized communications using established recruiting templates.
• Source talent through job boards, applicant databases, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Provide support to candidates throughout the interview process, including assistance with Public Trust and other security clearance documentation requirements.
• Contribute innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices to improve talent acquisition initiatives.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, including qualifications, compensation expectations, technical skills, and interview feedback within the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare candidate summaries and qualification packages for submission to hiring managers and contract stakeholders.
• Oversee job requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS), including creating, updating, and closing positions as necessary.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and professional representation of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating a strong commitment to candidate success and customer service.
• Familiarity with information technology (IT) and legal terminology, along with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical and professional skill requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with Excel and Outlook is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
