Recruiting Sourcer, フルリモート可

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the overall sourcing activities for both potential and existing target talent, as well as enhancing the operations of the sourcing team.

• Defining and aligning requirements for target talent: Collaborating with business units and recruitment teams to design personas.

• Selection and operation of sourcing platforms: Conducting searches and analyses of candidate databases using tools such as LinkedIn, BizReach, Findy, and YOUTRUST.

• Crafting and approaching candidates with personalized outreach: Developing, sending, and following up on tailored messages based on candidates' backgrounds and interests.

• Measuring and improving sourcing data: Analyzing data such as response rates and interview transition rates, and implementing a PDCA cycle for approach methodologies.

• Team management and leverage (future role): Managing and directing part-time team members (progress management, lectures, quality control).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, as well as experience in corporate sales, career advising, customer success, or call center roles involving external negotiations.

• Proven track record of designing processes to meet quantitative targets and consistently achieving them.

• Ability to execute and maintain the PDCA cycle towards goal achievement, even in uncertain situations, demonstrating strong initiative.

• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools).

• Candidates with experience in supporting roles at recruitment agencies or high communication skills developed through client interactions are welcomed, even if they lack direct experience in in-house recruitment.
