This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish selection criteria for available positions and identify the most suitable candidates for recruitment.
• Work alongside hiring managers from various departments to facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive summaries to hiring managers regarding all screened candidates.
• Source talent utilizing both active and passive strategies, which include events, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Assess all candidates for cultural fit, quality, and long-term potential.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and prompt communication from the sourcing phase through onboarding.
• Whenever feasible, give priority to hiring talent that aligns with the company's culture over experience and trainable skills.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to proactively address internal movement and plan for upcoming openings.
• Sustain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates to ensure job satisfaction.
• Recruit and align high-potential individuals with early career pipeline programs, including internships, rotational programs, and technician apprenticeships.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to address future hiring requirements.
• Team up with store leadership to convert early career talent into hires and identify opportunities to utilize pipeline programs.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and other market entities.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and various community outreach activities.
• Proven experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting (experience in automotive or retail is a plus).
• Strong capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach coupled with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
