This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop and enhance Supplemental Health Care’s brand and reputation in the market while attracting and retaining field talent and clients, all while upholding the core values of care, expertise, and service.
• Meet individual performance objectives by following the Supplemental Way to exceed minimum activity benchmarks.
• Ensure operational excellence by meeting the “Minimum Performance Standards" as set forth each Fiscal Year, which includes achieving all minimum activity requirements such as touches, interviews, and submissions.
• Assist in achieving gross profit (GP) targets for the Division through effective value calculator management.
• Support compliance with Joint Commission standards, referencing, and the entire compliance process to ensure 100% adherence.
• Meet 100% of personal revenue budget goals.
• Collaborate with the Manager to establish personal objectives and devise a strategy for achieving them.
• Maintain a 90% retention rate of field talent through the Talent for Life scorecard.
• Ensure a continuous flow of information and availability of active field talent and clients; take timely and appropriate actions to address their needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with active field talent and clients, including timely follow-ups.
• Manage individual P&L and understand how each P&L affects the Division budget.
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage field talent.
• Evaluate and assess applicants' suitability for employment with SHC’s clients based on specific job postings. Oversee and guide credentialing and compliance as per the job description.
• Responsible for job postings, email and call blasts, and other recruitment-related tasks.
• Ensure office success in the absence of the Manager.
• Oversee field talent management across different Company lines.
• Conduct weekly performance report calls to field talent and clients.
• Support ongoing and future recruitment efforts.
• Act as a collaborative team member and mentor to new office talent within the Division and the Company.
• Maintain flexible schedules to address field talent requests and issues, including after-hours support and on-call responsibilities.
• Present relevant features of the Supplemental Advantages to meet field talent needs while addressing any objections.
• Communicate with field talent regarding possible extensions or other job opportunities after completing assignments.
• May oversee weekly payroll processing for all field talent.
• May assist in arranging housing for field talent.
• Support the Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance functions related to field talent.
• Assist with aging and Accounts Receivables.
• Foster an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits for each applicant in alignment with SHC’s financial objectives.
• Familiarity with business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or relevant work experience.
• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Understanding of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to organize and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet; prior knowledge of internet job boards and recruiting is preferred.
• Must be able to sit, type, and use the phone and computer for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as required.
