Recruiting Manager – Government Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and enhance the reputation and brand of Supplemental Health Care in the market while attracting and retaining field talent and clients, all while upholding the core values of care, expertise, and service.

• Meet individual performance targets by adhering to the Supplemental Way and exceeding baseline activity standards.

• Ensure operational excellence by fulfilling the "Minimum Performance Standards" set forth each Fiscal Year.

• Attain 100% of personal revenue objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the Manager to establish personal goals and execute a strategy for achievement.

• Maintain a 90% retention rate of field talent as measured by the Talent for Life scorecard.

• Keep a continuous flow of information and accessibility regarding the active pool of field talent and clients; take timely and appropriate actions to address their needs.

• Foster open communication with active field talent and clients, ensuring proper follow-up.

• Manage and take responsibility for individual P&L, understanding how each P&L influences the Division budget.

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and engage field talent.

• Assess the viability of applicants for employment with SHC’s clients based on specific job postings.

• Supervise and guide credentialing and compliance as per the job description.

• Handle job postings, email campaigns, call outreach, and other recruitment activities.

• Ensure office success during the Manager's absence.

• Manage field talent across different Company lines.

• Conduct weekly performance report calls with field talent and clients.

• Support ongoing and future recruitment initiatives.

• Serve as a team player and mentor to new office talent within both the Division and the Company.

• Maintain flexible schedules to accommodate field talent requests and address issues as they arise.

• Present relevant features of the Supplemental Advantages to fulfill field talent needs and overcome objections.

• Communicate with field talent regarding potential extensions or other job opportunities after completing assignments.

• May oversee weekly payroll for all field talent.

• May assist in arranging housing for field talent.

• Support the Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance tasks related to field talent.

• Assist with aging and Accounts Receivables.

• Contribute to creating a high-morale, motivated, and collaborative environment.

• Negotiate salaries and benefits for each applicant in alignment with SHC’s financial goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or similar relevant experience.

• Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and composition rules.

• Understanding of sales principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales management systems.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members.

• Capability to organize and complete tasks in a timely fashion.

• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in computer use and software systems, including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet; knowledge of job boards and online recruiting is preferred.

• Ability to endure extended periods of sitting, typing, and using the phone and computer.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Successful completion of onboarding training/tutorials and participation in future webcasts/trainings as required.
