Recruiting Manager – Education Staffing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of recruiters by establishing expectations and standards to achieve division objectives.

• Supervise and enhance the company's profile by sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for open positions.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with internal business leaders to comprehend growth targets, forecasts, and priorities.

• Create, maintain, update, and execute training plans for recruiters.

• Oversee recruiter development through coaching, counseling, and retraining efforts.

• Sustain individual recruitment initiatives by sourcing and building a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Track team performance against goals while ensuring individual productivity.

• Evaluate lead sources, sourcing methods, and engagement strategies, implementing recruitment best practices.

• Formulate prospecting strategies using email, phone, social media, and local events.

• Keep accurate candidate database information and document all candidate communications.

• Investigate and resolve issues promptly.

• Apply corrective actions for recruiters when necessary.

• Suggest process enhancements and recruitment tools.

• Deliver weekly reports on recruitment metrics.

• Manage special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience is required; 5 years is preferred.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in sales or the staffing sector.

• Experience in the education field is preferred.

• Demonstrated business development and strong leadership capabilities.

• Competence in planning work activities efficiently.

• Ability to handle competing demands and shifting priorities.

• Skill in analyzing problems to reach resolutions.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

• Effective organizational skills.

• Proficiency in job interviewing techniques.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capacity to communicate clearly and professionally across a diverse corporate environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate flexibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance of essential job functions.
