This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance Supplemental Health Care’s brand and reputation while attracting and retaining field talent and clients.
• Ensure operational excellence by meeting the “Minimum Performance Standards” established for each Fiscal Year.
• Reach 100% of the personal revenue target.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager to set personal objectives and devise a strategy for achievement.
• Attain a 90% retention rate of field talent through the Talent for Life scorecard.
• Keep a continuous flow of information and maintain availability of the active base of field talent and clients.
• Foster an open line of communication with active field talent and clients, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Oversee and take responsibility for individual profit and loss management, understanding how each impacts the Division budget.
• Recruit, coach, develop, mentor, and engage field talent.
• Assess and evaluate applicants' suitability for employment.
• Supervise credentialing and compliance with job descriptions.
• Manage job postings, email campaigns, call outreach, and other recruitment activities.
• Ensure office performance in the absence of the Manager.
• Administer the management of field talent across Company divisions.
• Support ongoing recruitment initiatives.
• Act as a collaborative team player and mentor for new office talent within both the Division and the Company.
• Present relevant features of the Supplemental Advantages to address field talent needs.
• Communicate with field talent regarding potential extensions or other job opportunities.
• May oversee weekly payroll for all field talent.
• Assist the Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance responsibilities.
• Familiarity with business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Understanding of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Capability to work independently as well as in collaboration with team members.
• Strong organizational skills to complete work efficiently and on schedule.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet; familiarity with internet job boards and online recruiting is preferred.
• Capacity to work for extended periods while sitting, typing, and using the phone and computer.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as necessary.
