This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the recruiting function to achieve ambitious hiring objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles.
• Actively seek out passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, industry networks, and innovative outreach methods.
• Consistently explore new sourcing channels to maintain a full and competitive candidate pipeline.
• Surpass company hiring metrics and drive enhancements across all recruitment processes.
• Evaluate candidates for skill compatibility, sales proficiency, and alignment with Paynada's culture.
• Act as Paynada’s initial point of contact—cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final offer.
• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in payment processing and merchant services.
• Keep precise and organized records in ADP WorkforceNow.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruiting effectiveness and fine-tune strategies.
• Build a proactive pool of qualified candidates in anticipation of organizational needs.
• Proven track record in leading or managing recruitment efforts within a high-volume sales environment.
• Demonstrated capability to exceed recruitment targets and deliver reliable outcomes.
• Required experience in merchant services and a solid understanding of payment processing.
• Experience in recruiting 1099 sales professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a remote setting with excellent time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (preferably ADP WorkforceNow).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting position managing personnel or a department.
• Competitive salary offered, ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.
