This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Direct the global Technical (IT) Recruitment strategy, ensuring accountability for the quality of delivery and performance across various regions, teams, and client accounts, while collaborating with the Recruiting Director and peer leaders to enhance the company’s overall global recruiting strategy.
• Serve as a strategic ally to senior stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Delivery, Sales, Leadership) regarding technical hiring priorities and strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business and workforce objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers, fostering accountability, performance, and the long-term growth of the recruitment function.
• Create, implement, and continuously enhance technical recruitment processes, policies, and governance, ensuring consistency, scalability, and flexibility across regions and clients.
• Drive technical workforce planning, capacity management, and proactive talent pipeline strategies in line with business demands, delivery commitments, and future capability needs.
• Provide leadership and escalation assistance for complex, senior, or high-risk technical hiring scenarios, steering both the recruitment team and stakeholders towards successful outcomes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required, in alignment with the objectives of this role.
• Extensive experience in leading IT/technical recruitment within international, fast-paced, or service-oriented environments.
• Proven ability to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders, managing expectations with confidence.
• Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and the profiles of technical roles (hands-on recruiting is not required).
• Experience in building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operational models.
• Data-driven mindset with a solid grasp of recruitment metrics and performance management.
• A mature, resilient leader possessing strong communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
