Recruiting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global Technical (IT) Recruitment strategy, ensuring accountability for strategy, quality of delivery, and performance across various regions, teams, and client accounts, while actively contributing to the overarching global recruiting strategy alongside the Recruiting Director and fellow leaders.

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with senior stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Delivery, Sales, Leadership) regarding technical hiring priorities and strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business and workforce objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers, fostering accountability, performance, and sustainable growth within the function.

• Develop, execute, and continuously enhance technical recruitment processes, policies, and governance to guarantee consistency, scalability, and adaptability across regions and clients.

• Manage technical workforce planning, capacity management, and proactive talent pipeline strategies to align with business demands, delivery commitments, and future capability needs.

• Provide leadership and support for complex, senior, or high-risk technical hiring scenarios, guiding both the recruitment team and stakeholders towards successful resolutions.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary, consistent with the objectives of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading IT / technical recruitment within international, fast-paced, or service-oriented environments.

• Demonstrated capability to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles (hands-on recruiting is not mandatory).

• Proven experience in building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operational frameworks.

• Data-driven approach with a solid grasp of recruitment metrics and performance management.

• Mature and resilient leader with exceptional communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
