Recruiting Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Pipeline and sourcing. Oversee and execute full-cycle recruiting for all our needs.

• The hiring function itself. You're in charge of establishing it: crafting interview loops that effectively predict success within our organization.

• Exceptional candidate experience. Design the engaging experience and enthusiasm that candidates feel when discovering Arca.

• Scaled recruiting. You will bring in and manage external recruiters or agencies to enhance our recruitment efforts.
