Recruiting Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage directly via phone to drive results.

• Conduct cold calls and establish connections with candidates.

• Dedicate a significant portion of your time to outreach and relationship building.

• Facilitate candidate placements.

• Earn $5,000 for each successful placement with no earning limit.

• Highly driven and prepared to spend a considerable amount of the day making cold calls and reaching out to individuals.

• Comfortable with making calls and persisting through rejections until achieving a positive response.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule effectively.

• Excellent communication skills (prior recruiting experience is not necessary).
