Recruiting Coordinator, Mandarin Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, university career platforms, and various local recruitment channels.

• Review resumes and initiate contact with potential candidates.

• Present candidates to the company, address general inquiries about job opportunities, and facilitate interview scheduling.

• Work in conjunction with HR and hiring teams based in China to harmonize hiring requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.

• Oversee and enhance Think Academy's U.S. Instagram account for employer branding.

• Develop, create, and share content that highlights company culture, employee narratives, events, and career opportunities.

• Track audience engagement and enhance the employer brand's visibility within North America.

• Utilize Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or comparable tools to produce basic image and video content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting teachers, tutors, or roles related to education is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with the U.S. job market and recruitment methodologies.

• Active user of Instagram with knowledge of content creation and social media interaction.

• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative applications.

• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across both U.S. and Beijing time zones.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
