Recruiting Coordinator – High-Volume Hiring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for high-volume hiring across various roles and departments.

• Conduct a significant number of daily interviews and screenings of candidates.

• Source candidates via job boards, databases, social media platforms, and proactive outreach.

• Evaluate resumes and assess candidates based on specific role requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain precise and current records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to comprehend hiring needs, including specialized or niche roles.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and hiring progress.

• Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately evaluate candidate qualifications and keep precise records.

• Proven ability to conduct high-volume interviews across a diverse array of roles (e.g., technical, healthcare, operations, and other specialized positions).

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles, schedules, and candidate pipelines concurrently.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both candidates and internal teams.

• Ability to clearly articulate job requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain robust candidate relationships.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing agencies, or BPO settings (preferred).

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques (preferred).

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types (preferred).

• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking (preferred).

• Experience with remote or global hiring processes (preferred).
