Recruiting Coordinator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience

• Directly schedule interviews and phone screenings with candidates and hiring managers

• Organize travel arrangements for candidates visiting when necessary

• Manage pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and supply debrief materials

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency

• Maintain candidate records in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system

• Assist in coordinating additional recruiting activities as required

• Collaborate closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic robotics startup

• Foster candidate relationships and support recruiting initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar role at a technology company

• Familiarity with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system

• Self-motivated with an unquenchable curiosity

• Excellent customer service orientation, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

• Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently

• Proven ability to arrange travel for candidate interviews

• Capacity to excel in a fast-moving, agile workplace

• Must have current authorization to work in the United States
