Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a significant number of interviews while ensuring the recruiting calendars operate seamlessly.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to create a captivating candidate journey.

• Assist candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the interview process with prompt and clear communication.

• Maintain and enhance internal systems and tools, including Ashby.

• Proactively identify and address last-minute challenges while implementing long-term process enhancements.

• Contribute to initiatives related to candidate sourcing, reporting, development of referral programs, and candidate surveys.

• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Report directly to the Head of Recruiting Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role within a dynamic environment.

• Strong aspiration to develop a career in recruiting or HR.

• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.

• Highly organized, dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to connect with and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

• Capacity to maintain composure and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects at once.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Process-driven and dedicated to ongoing improvement.

• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with using and optimizing Ashby is advantageous.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for enhanced efficiency is a bonus.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

• Not requiring current or future sponsorship to work in the US.
