Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule interviews among various time zones and stakeholders.

• Manage candidate interactions throughout the interview process with efficiency and professionalism.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to foster a streamlined hiring process.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data integrity.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and assist in reporting on pipeline health and hiring progression.

• Support candidate sourcing efforts and outbound recruiting campaigns as necessary.

• Facilitate logistics for offers and coordinate pre-onboarding activities.

• Enhance recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the organization grows.

• Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer.

• Assist with recruiting projects, employer branding efforts, and talent programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, ideally in dynamic startup settings.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in scheduling complex interviews with multiple stakeholders across various time zones.

• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and collaborative tools.

• Availability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

• BONUS: Experience in technical recruiting (engineering, product, data, AI/ML roles).
