This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and engage candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates to spark interest and develop talent pipelines.
• Organize and facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and recruiters or hiring managers.
• Keep precise and well-structured candidate records in Zoho/JazzHR and other systems.
• Assist the recruiting team with administrative responsibilities throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to enhancing sourcing strategies and outreach communications to boost engagement.
• Understand and adhere to Amplify People’s recruiting procedures and best practices.
• Gradually take part in candidate prescreening and initial qualification discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Goal-driven attitude with a commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, remote work environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and establish a career in recruiting.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Previous experience or familiarity with recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools or applicant tracking systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
