This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS - TeamTailor).
• Prepare materials for interviews, including score sheets and pertinent information for hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate communication efforts.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Aid in the offer process and help prepare for onboarding.
• Background in recruiting coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or a similar organizational role.
• Excellent organizational abilities with experience in scheduling, process coordination, and effective communication.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or rapidly growing company environment.
• Capability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and with precision.
• Proficient in German and competent in English.
• Solid foundational knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with marketing roles or teams; familiarity with Notion; experience using LinkedIn, Personio, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar tools; experience in onboarding coordination.
