This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Facilitate interviews among candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.

• Oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure the quality of ATS data, workflows, and hiring records.

• Monitor hiring pipelines and guarantee timely follow-ups.

• Assist recruiter and hiring manager functions.

• Compile hiring reports, summaries, and recruitment metrics.

• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest enhancements.

• Contribute to maintaining a superior candidate experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in working with ATS platforms and spreadsheets.

• High level of ownership and a proactive attitude.
