Recruiting Consultant

📋 Description

• The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for screening and selecting the most qualified consultants and expert witnesses for IMS clients.

• This position operates in a dynamic, relationship-centric environment.

• Collaboration within a team is essential for success.

• A major aspect of this role involves driving recruitment efforts to achieve excellent results.

• Recruiting Consultants are assigned the responsibility of evaluating expert candidates for prominent searches.

• They diligently strive to secure top talent and achieve successful outcomes.

• It is crucial to educate and engage with diverse audiences, recruit a range of highly skilled and knowledgeable experts, and quickly adapt to all technical and functional details of a case.

• The Expert Witness Search Consultant must demonstrate the ability to assess potential experts across various cases and manage the communication and positioning of experts at appropriate times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting or sales-related role is preferred.

• Experience in a law or consulting firm is advantageous.

• Proficiency in writing business proposals and candidate summaries is preferred.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and OneNote, is required.
