This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collaborate with U.S. client recruiting teams to identify and pre-screen candidates for open positions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal)
• Generate interest among candidates through outreach via email, LinkedIn messaging, job advertisements, and targeted sourcing strategies
• Perform initial screenings to evaluate candidates' experience, interest, and overall compatibility
• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless scheduling
• Keep precise and updated candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases
• Continuously investigate new sourcing methods to connect with diverse and high-quality talent pools
• Develop and sustain strong candidate pipelines to assist ongoing recruitment efforts
• Conduct candidate interviews and deliver clear, structured feedback
• Create, modify, and publish job descriptions suited to U.S. market needs
• Aid recruiting operations with timely documentation and follow-up actions
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience (either in agency or corporate settings)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
• Open to working graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off)
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Remote, full-time stability with clear expectations
