Recruiting Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit candidates, including those who are not actively seeking new opportunities, for significant projects across various countries.

• Create, update, and advertise job openings on suitable platforms and job boards.

• Evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to determine their suitability for the roles.

• Conduct initial screening interviews.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Choose the most qualified candidates and support the HR Manager/Recruiter in conducting video interviews and sorting applicants.

• Draft communication materials, including emails, messages to candidates, and both offer and rejection letters.

• Assess which sources yield the best candidates.

• Assist the HR Manager with various HR responsibilities.

• Provide daily reports to the HR Manager regarding completed or ongoing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional (C1) written and spoken English proficiency.

• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.

• Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn for candidate searches.

• Familiarity with various candidate sourcing methods and tools.

• Ability to sift through large volumes of resumes.

• Experience in conducting different types of interviews.

• Recruiting experience in Asia, Ukraine, and the EU is advantageous.

• Familiarity with HR tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Dependable and trustworthy when handling confidential information.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
