Recruiting and People Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our complete recruiting process from start to finish and continually enhance it.

• Manage the full recruiting cycle – from fine-tuning the job description, collaborating with team members, to negotiating employment agreements.

• Identify and proactively seek out PR and communications talent through LinkedIn.

• Conduct preliminary interviews.

• Regularly assess and enhance our recruiting framework.

• Collaborate closely with the team and our CEO.

• Assist in the operational execution of our people-oriented initiatives.
