This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in the coordination of recruitment and management of candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure the accuracy of candidate records and maintain administrative documentation.
• Facilitate communication among candidates, clinical staff, and internal teams.
• Organize interviews, meetings, and various recruitment-related activities.
• Perform reference checks and assist with onboarding procedures as necessary.
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up on any outstanding tasks.
• Provide support for reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
• Aid in daily administrative and operational functions.
• Assist with other recruitment and administrative responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, HR administration, healthcare administration, or administrative support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills are required.
• A reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup are necessary.
• Experience collaborating with US-based teams or in healthcare environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
