This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Initiating Client Requisitions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in full-cycle or account management within the recruiting/staffing industry

• Practical experience with AI in recruiting workflows (screening, ranking, summaries, outreach, interview design)

• Demonstrated capability to develop no-code automations (Zapier/Make/n8n)

• Confident in managing client SLAs and batch deliveries

• Familiarity with remote, cross-timezone recruiting and client management
