This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Consistently promote job openings across various platforms for 2nd Family.
• Foster a steady stream of job applications for selection.
• Conduct pre-screening of all job applicants according to 2nd Family standards.
• Arrange interviews for candidates identified as suitable for the role.
• Gather all essential information on each new caregiver to complete their employee file.
• Review all onboarding documentation and ensure all required pages are signed by the caregiver.
• Accurately and promptly enter all caregiver information into AxisCare and ensure all necessary documents are scanned and stored online.
• Follow up on unconfirmed shifts to ensure caregivers are informed and available to work.
• Reach out to caregivers via call, text, and email to fill shifts as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative support role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
• Proven track record of working in a medical office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
