Recruiter – Variable Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for media production and broadcast engineering positions

• Manage 10-15 job openings simultaneously

• Identify top talent through platforms such as HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media

• Evaluate and interview candidates to ensure an ideal match

• Foster relationships with hiring managers by providing insights on talent pipelines and industry trends

• Guide offer negotiations, covering aspects of compensation and benefits

• Participate in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Strong understanding of the broadcast media and live event production sectors

• Competence in using Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools

• Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Ashby and/or experience with Monday.com is advantageous

• Experience utilizing AI tools in recruitment is a plus
