📋 Description

• Actively seek out Clinicians utilizing platforms like Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and various Facebook groups.

• Initiate engagement with candidates prior to their application through outreach, messaging, and phone calls.

• Establish and sustain a robust personal pipeline filled with qualified candidates.

• Respond promptly to incoming leads, particularly those generated by platforms.

• Quickly reply to applicants, transforming interest into active candidates.

• Conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates' experience, availability, and preferences.

• Develop rapport and effectively present job opportunities.

• Prepare and submit candidate profiles for available positions.

• Ensure the accuracy of credentials, availability, and job compatibility.

• Match candidates with appropriate contract opportunities.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Keep unplaced candidates engaged for future roles.

• Provide regular updates and follow-ups proactively.

• Manage compensation discussions with professionalism and realism.

• Offer insights on market rates, competitor activities, and candidate expectations.

• Create and share job postings on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Participate in relevant online communities to attract Clinicians.

• Enhance brand visibility and generate inbound interest through regular posting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound lead generation.

• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment settings.

• Background in U.S. healthcare or travel staffing recruitment.

• Proficient in utilizing sourcing platforms and CRM/ATS systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong "hunter" mentality with a proactive approach to sourcing.

• High resilience and ability to manage rejection effectively.

• Excellent speed and responsiveness.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication.

• Highly organized, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up.

• Capacity to handle multiple roles and priorities at once.

• Comfortable working flexible hours that align with candidate availability.
