This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The main duty of the Recruiter is to identify, screen, negotiate with, and hire healthcare professionals.
• Additionally, the role involves implementing independent recruiting strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
• The Recruiter is tasked with fostering strong relationships with field staff, generating referrals, and sourcing new candidates.
• It is essential for the Recruiter to meet the expectations of both the company and clients by providing high-quality candidates for open positions.
• Recruit qualified nurses for travel assignments from various sources through prospecting, generating referrals, and pursuing leads.
• Effectively market assignments to prospective travelers by identifying unspoken needs and using a consultative sales approach.
• Execute independent recruiting strategies to recruit, screen (interview), and assess healthcare professionals based on the specific needs of clients.
• Responsible for developing a network of potential healthcare professionals.
• Achieve company goals by maintaining and expanding the candidate pool.
• Negotiate compensation packages with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure acceptable profit margins are maintained.
• Create strategies to explore new recruiting avenues; leverage various tools (e.g., email campaigns, social media) to build relationships and broaden candidate outreach.
• Perform regular competitive analyses in the local market.
• Meet or surpass key performance indicators: outbound calls, candidate submissions, and weeks booked.
• Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service to cultivate a loyal and active base of healthcare professionals.
• Sustain positive relationships with healthcare travelers to improve patient care through supplemental staffing.
• Participate in trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops, and other company/client-sponsored events as required.
• Complete weekly recruitment reports and engage in special recruiting projects as necessary.
• Achieve weekly productivity metrics/goals.
• Maintain and update candidate database files along with required documentation.
• Ensure traveler satisfaction for each assignment through effective planning and follow-up.
• Establish and nurture positive business relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Keep an open line of communication with active nursing staff, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Identify nurses' needs, situations, and challenges by asking pertinent questions.
• Maintain flexible schedules to meet nurse staff requests and address issues.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship management, preferably within the staffing industry.
• A strong sense of urgency is essential. Must possess effective phone presentation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and customer service aptitude.
