Recruiter – Temporary to Permanent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive recruitment processes for US Government and private sector contracts.

• Identify and assess job candidates to meet staffing goals.

• Utilize databases, social media, and other avenues to source and engage candidates.

• Conduct interviews and screen candidates for available roles.

• Employ dependable recruiting and selection tools and methodologies to evaluate candidates within established timelines.

• Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, interpersonal capabilities, experience, and aptitudes.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure complete integration.

• Monitor and implement HR recruiting best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Capability to pass a background investigation.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

• Regularly move within the office to reach file cabinets and office machinery.

• Occasionally required to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• May encounter extreme cold or hot conditions during visits to operational sites.

• Potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic substances, and loud noises.
