This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer formulation, negotiation, and candidate management.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Business Partners by sharing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic hiring advice.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to sustain recruitment momentum, obtain timely feedback, eliminate obstacles, and adhere to hiring schedules.
• Cultivate an understanding of new business functions, organizational frameworks, and talent markets.
• Recognize potential risks to hiring objectives and implement strategies to fill critical roles within specified timelines.
• Establish and maintain proactive talent pipelines to address current and future workforce demands.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment protocols, employment regulations, and company policies while fostering fair and impartial hiring practices.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational competencies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, transparency, and timely follow-up.
• Offer data-driven insights on candidate selection, compensation, and offer strategies.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and efforts aimed at continuous improvement.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization in the present or future.
• Capable of independently managing numerous requisitions and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quick to assimilate new business functions, organizational structures, and talent markets.
• Ability to adjust and modify recruiting strategies in response to shifting business needs and market conditions.
• Proficient in influencing stakeholders and ensuring accountability throughout the hiring process.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, employment laws, and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Solid business acumen with the capability to provide data-driven recruiting recommendations and market insights.
• Experience in developing and preserving talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Exhibits sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred certification in Behavioral Interviewing or Targeted Selection.
• Preferred experience in supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives and sourcing strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment across various disciplines and business functions.
• Experience collaborating with leaders at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
• Proven ability to build proactive candidate pipelines and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Capable of quickly learning new business functions and adapting recruiting strategies to evolving organizational priorities.
• Proven track record of influencing hiring teams, driving accountability, and achieving hiring deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
