Recruiter, Staff Leasing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Clients to grasp recruitment requirements

• Engage in job briefing sessions and offer valuable recommendations throughout the hiring process

• Create and publish customized job advertisements

• Seek and attract qualified candidates

• Conduct interviews with pre-selected candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility

• Provide support to other regions as needed

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with current clients

• Customize recruitment solutions to meet the evolving needs and expectations of clients

• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and adjust recruitment strategies as required

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for clients to fulfill their staffing needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, preferably within a staffing agency

• Background in temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire within the German market

• Excellent and effective communication skills

• Native-level proficiency in the German language

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English

• Ability to form and sustain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

• Strong negotiation skills for offers and terms

• Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple candidates, schedules, and tasks

• Solid understanding of the roles being recruited for, including necessary skills and experience
