Recruiter Specialist – LinkedIn

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Post job openings and handle requisitions.

• Source talent, particularly for challenging or niche profiles.

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter daily to build quality pipelines.

• Optimize job descriptions to attract better candidates.

• Track processes in ATS (ADP) and tools such as Asana.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Recruiter.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (essential).

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Proficient in sourcing (not just inbound).

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
