Recruiter Specialist, Inglés Avanzado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Outbound Calls: Conduct daily mass outbound calls to assess and re-engage candidates.

• Talent Attraction: Identify caregivers (HHA, CNA, PCA, companions) through job boards and databases.

• Follow-up: Schedule interviews, update the pipeline, and follow up to minimize no-shows.

• Administration: Assist with onboarding, background checks, references, and record management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in recruitment, call center, or high-volume customer service.

• Specialization: Experience in healthcare recruitment or home care services.

• Languages: Fluent, clear, and professional spoken English.

• Skills: Ability to multitask, persistence, organization, and ability to handle pressure.
