This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions.
• Arrange and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure clear and prompt communication with candidates during the entire hiring process.
• Organize and maintain applicant tracking systems and calendars to facilitate seamless scheduling operations.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to grasp staffing requirements and timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and monitoring essential metrics.
• Provide support for administrative tasks related to recruitment and scheduling as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and scheduling coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems, calendar management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to producing quality results.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
