Recruiter, Real Estate, Facilities & EHS – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough interviews and competency evaluations for prospective EH&S managers, environmental engineers, industrial hygienists, site safety specialists, and facilities/maintenance technicians.

• Engage passive EH&S candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, SOBO campaigns, specialized safety and facilities networks, and professional organizations such as ASSP and NSC.

• Partner with operations, facilities, and safety leadership to outline technical role requirements and develop compelling value propositions for EH&S professionals.

• Foster a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Represent the company's brand both internally and externally, clearly communicating its business model, manufacturing capabilities, and dedication to workplace safety.

• Utilize internal resources and market insights to create strategic outreach campaigns aimed at attracting top-tier safety talent.

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for EH&S positions as a member of Anduril's recruiting team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience specifically targeting EH&S, EPC, or manufacturing safety roles.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting competency assessments of safety capabilities, including OSHA compliance, EPA regulations, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, and safety management systems.

• Proven ability to maintain strategic relationships with EH&S directors, plant managers, and operations leaders to refine candidate profiles and deliver transparent pipeline reporting.

• Experience advising leadership on market dynamics, availability of safety talent, and candidate salary expectations.

• Strong communication skills to assess candidate motivations, safety philosophies, and cultural alignment.

• Background in sourcing candidates for both technical office/engineering positions and hands-on, field-based site operations.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth, safety-critical environment.

• Must be a U.S. Person due to the necessity of accessing U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

• Preferred: experience in recruiting within defense technology, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing industries.

• Preferred: familiarity with federal security clearances, including Secret and TS/SCI, and their impact on hiring timelines.

• Preferred: experience in recruiting for senior or leadership-level environmental, safety, or facilities roles.

• Preferred: active involvement in professional safety, facilities management, or technical trade communities.

• Preferred: agency or high-growth startup experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
