Recruiter – Professional Hiring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle for salaried professional roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their hiring requirements and formulate efficient recruiting strategies.

• Source, evaluate, interview, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Develop proactive talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Offer consultative support to hiring managers during the recruitment journey.

• Organize interviews, facilitate feedback collection, and manage job offers.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience from the initial contact through to onboarding.

• Track recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system and deliver regular updates on hiring progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven experience in recruiting for salaried professional or corporate roles.

• Strong sourcing abilities and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Capacity to handle multiple job requisitions at once.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
