This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee selection procedures for a variety of positions across multiple sectors.
• Establish sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Engage in proactive sourcing for specialized and strategic roles.
• Keep the talent pool well-maintained and organized.
• Generate reports, evaluations, and technical feedback.
• Prior experience in recruitment and selection (R&S); experience in consulting or agency settings is advantageous.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.
• Ability to conduct competency-based interviews effectively.
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.
• Valid CNPJ for independent contracting.
• Willingness to work remotely.
• A laptop or computer in excellent working order.
• Mobile phone (corporate SIM will be provided).
• Microsoft Office software installed and operational.
• Reliable internet connection, a headset with a microphone, and a professional workspace.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with strategic positions and high-volume recruitment.
