This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Collaborate with corporate department leaders and retail field management to determine hiring requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Actively source and connect with talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and networking events.
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines for both immediate and future requirements.
• Create innovative and creative sourcing strategies and techniques.
• Foster relationships within the organization and the hiring community to positively influence the recruiting and hiring process.
• Monitor recruiting trends, platforms, and innovations to retain a strategic advantage.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and face-to-face meetings to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring effective and unbiased selection processes.
• Advocate for equal opportunity, diversity, and an inclusive culture.
• Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and community engagements.
• Create job postings and recruitment marketing content aimed at diverse audiences.
• Enhance employer brand visibility and reputation to attract talent and boost applicant volume.
• Maintain precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Track recruitment metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and suggest process improvements.
• Develop and deliver recruitment and hiring presentations and training for internal associates.
• Assist the team and management with various projects and tasks as needed.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as requested by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or relevant recruitment experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience across all levels in corporate and retail settings is required.
• Experience recruiting in a dynamic environment while managing a high volume of open positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in capturing metrics and generating employment reports.
• Experience sourcing candidates through the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, and job postings.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and external job boards.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities with appropriate urgency, actively listen, resolve problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet or surpass KPIs, goals, and deadlines while exemplifying Lovesac values.
• Must adhere to Lovesac Employee Handbook policies and collaborate effectively with employees and clients.
• Must be capable of traveling using various modes of transportation for mandatory meetings, conferences, company events, vendor visits, and other required activities.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of each month for recruiting events, job fairs, campus visits, and in-person recruitment.
• Must reside in the United States throughout the duration of employment.
