This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn and Infinity to identify potential candidates for vacant positions.
• Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Interview Coordination: Facilitate the communication of initial interview results with HR. Set expectations for applicants regarding subsequent interviews. Provide necessary information to both parties to ensure a seamless interview process.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment process and update the applicant tracking system accordingly.
• Talent Pool Development: Actively cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings, creating a talent pool for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and company policies.
• Company Branding: Positively represent the organization to candidates and external stakeholders. Contribute to branding initiatives aimed at attracting top talent.
• Reporting and Analytics: Produce reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and inform data-driven decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Consistently seek opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or staffing is preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Infinity, or comparable recruitment tools.
• Strong grasp of resume screening and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to conduct initial interviews with professionalism and confidence.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism when managing candidate information.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
