Recruiter – Native or Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete recruiting process, starting from the evaluation of application documents to conducting interviews with candidates.

• Your role involves performing qualitative interviews to gauge not only the skills but also the cultural alignment of candidates.

• You are tasked with crafting engaging, brand-consistent job postings that position our organization as an appealing employer.

• You will guide candidates from the initial contact to the contract signing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

• Collaboration with hiring departments and managers is essential to establish clear role profiles and plan recruitment needs.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably within a rapidly expanding digital or remote company.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a confident demeanor during video interviews.

• A structured and self-motivated work style suited for a remote work environment.

• A solid understanding of the significance of company culture and values in the recruitment process.

• Experience with Factorial is considered an advantage.

• Proficient use of communication platforms for remote work (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum C1 level is required.
