Recruiter, Manufacturing, Skilled Trade – RPO Consultant

• Take ownership of your workload and meet recruitment metrics and commitments.

• Manage complete recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Market, evaluate, and present candidates based on their competencies, skills, and knowledge.

• Enhance sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.

• Surpass client expectations and strengthen relationships within the client portfolio.

• Screen and evaluate candidates, advocate for career opportunities, and eliminate employment obstacles.

• Equip candidates with the necessary information and tools for successful employment.

• Provide an outstanding hiring experience and promote client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Counsel candidates and clients regarding in-demand skills.

• Inform clients about local labor-market trends and workforce-management dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

• Background in recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven ability to manage a requisition load of over 50 positions.

• Experience in recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
