Recruiter, Manufacturing, Skilled Trade – RPO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a major client in fulfilling their recruitment needs for skilled trades roles within a manufacturing environment across various sites.

• Manage all facets of recruitment while delivering outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients.

• Align candidates' qualifications with job openings and create career development pathways.

• Develop candidate pipelines through social media, industry networks, innovative research, digital outreach, and attraction initiatives.

• Take ownership of your workload and achieve performance targets and commitments.

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Promote, evaluate, screen, and present candidates for available positions.

• Eliminate obstacles and provide candidates with the necessary information and resources for successful job placement.

• Ensure a remarkable hiring experience and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Remain updated on in-demand skills and offer guidance to both candidates and clients.

• Inform clients about local market conditions, labor trends, and workforce management strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven experience in recruiting skilled trades positions within a manufacturing setting.

• Ability to manage a requisition load exceeding 50 job openings.

• Experience in recruiting for multiple locations concurrently.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
