Recruiter, Manufacturing, Skilled Trade – RPO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a major client in fulfilling their recruitment requirements for skilled trades roles within a manufacturing environment across various locations.

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Promote, evaluate, and present candidates for available positions.

• Develop and enhance a diverse talent pipeline through research, digital outreach, and engagement campaigns.

• Utilize social media and industry networks to foster relationships with candidates and clients.

• Oversee workload, performance metrics, and commitments effectively.

• Provide an outstanding hiring experience and customer service for both candidates and clients.

• Eliminate obstacles and equip candidates with the necessary information and resources for successful employment.

• Counsel candidates and clients on sought-after skills and the trends of the local labor market and workforce management.

• Enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and portfolio expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Background in recruiting for skilled trades roles within a manufacturing setting.

• Proven ability to manage a requisition load exceeding 50 job openings.

• Experience in recruiting for multiple locations concurrently.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
