Recruiter Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Boolean Search, and AI-driven recruiting tools.

• Assess resumes and determine candidate qualifications in relation to job specifications.

• Initiate communication with candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.

• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and recruiters.

• Keep candidate records updated within ATS/CRM systems.

• Assist in managing the candidate pipeline and conduct follow-up activities.

• Provide support to recruiters on various technology recruitment projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about learning.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn and various online research tools.

• Demonstrated interest in recruiting, HR, sales, or technology fields.

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, or CRM systems is advantageous.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity is preferred.
